What is ceviche?

Ceviche is fresh seafood marinated in citrus. It is found in nearly every coastal city, especially in Latin America. Each country has its own version of ceviche, and here at My Ceviche, we do too!

Is ceviche raw?

The fish we use in our ceviches is raw, but the citrus in the ceviche marinade “cooks” the fish slightly. If you order a ceviche with shrimp or octopus, however, both are pre-cooked before being tossed with all our yummy ingredients.

I don’t like ceviche. What do you recommend I order?

Give our ceviche a shot first! We think you’ll love it! If you prefer something else, ask about our burrito, taco, and salad options. You can customize them with a grilled protein of your choice!

Seafood is not for me. Is there anything else on the menu?

Indeed! We serve adobo-citrus grilled chicken breast in our burritos, tacos, and salads. We also have vegetarian and vegan options, like our Veggie Burrito, Spicy Mango Slaw, Chopped Salad (ask for no cheese to make it vegan), and Avocado & Tomato Salad.

What’s up with stone crab claws?

We get fresh stone crab claws from our sister company George Stone Crab. These are never-frozen claws straight from the Florida Keys. We sell them by the lb. at market price by size: Selects (6-7 claws per lb.), Large (4-5 claws per lb.), Jumbo (2-3 claws per lb.) and Colossal (1-2 claws per lb.). Be sure to call our stores to find out what we have available fresh on a daily basis!

I’m in love with My Ceviche. Do you franchise?

Thanks for the love! We currently do not franchise. Check back in the future to see if anything changes

How can I get in contact with you?

What’s the difference between a My Ceviche and a My Ceviche Bowl?

A My Ceviche Bowl is all the goodness of a My Ceviche, but piled atop your choice of mixed greens, coconut jasmine rice, or cilantro quinoa. In fact, our own chef Sam Gorenstein invented the My Ceviche Bowl in 2012!
